Use for Happy Feet Warm the balm with your hands and apply liberally to feet, ankles and between toes and then cover with socks for maximum absorption. For external use only. Store in a cool and dry place. For best results, exfoliate feet as needed prior to using the balm. Balm should be used within 12 months to maintain freshness. Foot balm is not exclusive to the feet, it may be used on hands, knees, elbows and neck. Precautions If this product causes irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. This product will melt in extreme heat. Use for Tallow Balm Use the backside of a fingernail to remove balm and warm in your hands. Apply to face morning and night for a nourished and calm complexion. A small amount goes a long way! Use on hands, feet, elbows, skin irritations, sunburns, stretch marks, minor scrapes, dry chapped skin, pregnant belly, cradle cap, diaper rash, or as a full body moisturizer.
