These are made from textured old wood to make them ergonomical holders that make a perfect practical design. Unlike many holders, the ashes fall right into the tray making clean up easy. When the brewing is complete, you will want to separate the botanicals from the brew - infuser baskets and teapot strainers are preferred, but almost any sort of filter/strainer will do the trick.
