Amanda is a Minneapolis-based yoga teacher whose approach to yoga is rooted in the art of paying attention—to our bodies, the natural world, and the moments of connection happening around us. She creates approachable, grounding practices designed to help people slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Through Mudita Yoga, Amanda offers private and group yoga throughout Minnesota, bringing personalized practices to homes, celebrations, retreats, and community events. You’ll often find her teaching outside, gathering people in unexpected spaces, and exploring how yoga can be woven into everyday life. All ages and experience levels are welcome!
